CALLING ALL VOLUNTEERS.

This will help us distribute duties fairly and put together a schedule of duties.

We're looking for a few good people to help us out over the weekend.  Each volunteer will be required to give us 2 two-hour shifts over the course of the weekend.  (give or take depending on the job duties)  You will be required to attend a meeting so that we know all our shifts are covered and to go over some basic guidelines.  You will be notified after you sign up when your meeting will take place.  In exchange for your two shifts, you will receive an all weekend w/camping pass.

We will need folks for the following:

• Set up and breakdown of stage and sound equipment.  This will entail heavy lifting and working on Thursday evening or Friday during the day and again Sunday.

• Sales - of T-shirts, sweatshirts, cups, etc.  

• Hawker to sell 50/50 tickets to benefit the Interfaith Hospitality Network.

• Gate

• Security

• Trash

• Parking
